web.works.inc was founded by three brothers, Richard, Robert and Benjamin Kuryk.

     Richard, the oldest formed the company in 1998. Richard is still the president. Richard graduated from Ithaca College in 1996. Richard's career began at Monarch Games programming video games. Later after they closed the doors, he began designing back-end web applications for the health care industry. Richard knows programming

     Robert Kuryk joined a few years later because he was still in school at Emerson College in Boston. Then Robert graduated Loyola College with a Masters in Computer Science. Robert then became active as Vice President. Robert has been the Director of Information Technology at a prominent Baltimore catering company and several Baltimore area restaurants for the past 8 years. Now Robert is pursuing a more full-time career with web.works.inc.

     Benjamin Kuryk the youngest is the CEO. Ben joined prior to graduating American University. Ben has been doing Computer Support for web.works.inc since he was in high school. Ben now works for iMake creating applications that allow cable operators to offer on-demand access to todays digital movies and content.
